For a few years, I
have swapped ordinary honey with [Manuka Honey] – many of you probably haven’t
heard of it & if you have & haven’t made the switch you probably don’t
know that much about it!
So I’m here to tell
you, how just even one teaspoon a day can change and benefit your health!
For internal
use, the taste is definitely not the sweet, “I could eat the bottle” taste of
normal honey, it’s a little bit stronger than that, and it’s quite sweet but a
little too sweet to just lick off the spoon!
