5 Simple Steps to Improve Dry, Cracked Lips!

Ever had dry, cracked and really unpleasant lips?

We have found a treatment that you can do at home, one - two times a week and it will really improve your lips so they look and feel amazing!

  • Step 1. Get a Wash Cloth – Apply Warm water.
  • Step 2. In circular motion rub onto lips. (be gentle)
  • Step 3. Get honey and brown sugar in a bowl and mix.
  • Step 4. Apply the mixture to your lips and in a circular motion rub onto lips.
  • Step 5. Again with the wash cloth, wipe off excess mixture then apply a chapstick or lipgloss and WOW – soft, kissable lips!

Manuka Honey!

For a few years, I have swapped ordinary honey with [Manuka Honey] – many of you probably haven’t heard of it & if you have & haven’t made the switch you probably don’t know that much about it!

So I’m here to tell you, how just even one teaspoon a day can change and benefit your health!

For internal use, the taste is definitely not the sweet, “I could eat the bottle” taste of normal honey, it’s a little bit stronger than that, and it’s quite sweet but a little too sweet to just lick off the spoon!
I prefer to add it to my tea and substitute sugar with Manuka.

Internal Uses
              IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome
              Constipation
              Diarrhea
              Heartburn
              Arthritis
              Aches and Pains
              Acid Reflux
              Gum Disease
              Stomach Pain
              Ulcers
              Sore Throat and Cold
              Energy booster
              Immune System

Now, from research the best way to use Manuka for external use is to apply to clean, dry skin and let it set for about 30 minutes and wash it off!

  External Uses
              Skin Ulcers
              Nail Fungus
              Burns
              Cold Sores
              Psoriasis
              Surgical Wounds
              Pressure Sores
              MRSA Infections
              Rashes
              Eczema and dermatitis
Acne – This one doesn’t have to be a bad case, even the small blemishes can be treated! & Works amazing!
              Scars and Wrinkles
              Insect Bites
              Athlete's Foot
              Hair loss
Cancer – Please be sure to ask your GP about this one, as the Honey is so powerful it can sometimes interrupt with treatments.

So make your switch!

We’d love to hear what Manuka has done for you!

Healthy Living!

Fashion & all other things.

I'm hoping it's not just me but in Winter my skin feels dry, looks lifeless and I overall feel drained!

I start to snack on disgusting foods and always "let go" a little of myself appearance - we can take a second and remember the beach, the fruit salads and the icey-poles!
  OH SUMMER BLISS!

Back to reality though...

Winters here and this time around, I'm going to beat the winter blues!

For the past few weeks I have opted to Organic Skin products, my skin overall actually looks more alive and feels baby soft!

I started using a product called Devotion. I found the hand cream made my nails a lot stronger and shrank my cuticles!

For everything else, I've used Planet Eve - unlike other Organic Skin lotions and oils, this one does not have a unbearable scent to it and has been voted Best Organic Skin Product in Australia.

I'm taking Yoga classes to help relax my body & mind, it's good to do any type of psychical activity throughout the year but I find it best in Winter as it helps your body adjust to the cold!!

Green tea does amazing things for your wellbeing! It assists in maintaining your weight, gives you glowing skin and makes you feel amazing!

I live on this stuff :)

Okay & lastly, the cold, wind and rain always frizzes up our hair! Winter is like the "bad hair season" so go out & try, L'Oreal Sulfate-Free Shampoo - they say Sulfate is the reason for all the frizz!

I personally love it, it's definitely worth a try :)
